Papaya

Papaya is a tall herbaceous plant with a single trunk and large, lobed leaves. Flowers and fruit grow from buds on the trunk. The fruit is spherical or cylindrical with juicy, yellow, orange, or salmon colored flesh and contains black seeds in a central cavity.
